Unbelievably poor experience with United Automotive. As an active-duty military member, I was looking to purchase a GMC Yukon XL and register it in my home state of Texas. I explicitly offered proof of residence for BOTH my current Colorado address and my Texas address. Instead of handling standard military out-of-state titling which other Colorado dealerships handle routinely the salesperson (Violet) told me she was "protecting her business," making me feel like a criminal for simply providing valid military documentation. I pulled my information and left. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated with basic respect. Nice try attempting to spin this, but your response is untruthful. ​No shifting stories: I offered valid, official military documentation for my residence addresses (Texas legal residence and local address) so the vehicle could be registered properly in Texas. ​No shipping requests: I was purchasing the vehicle directly, not asking to ship it across the country. ​The reality: Your sales rep simply did not want to bother with standard military out-of-state registration and chose to tell me she was "protecting her business" instead of doing her job. ​Other dealerships in Colorado handle military out-of-state registrations every single day without accusing customers of being a compliance risk. Blaming the customer for your staff’s lack of military process knowledge is unprofessional.

I had a very disappointing experience with United Automotive . I called because I was genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle and had questions about the process. Instead of receiving professional customer service, the employees I spoke with, Violet(salesperson) and Kayla (Financial Manager), were rude and dismissive throughout the conversation. At one point, they told me I was “the most annoying customer” and even said that I “don’t have money to buy a car” and also “ I wouldn’t sell you a car if it was free” Those comments were completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrespectful to someone looking to make a purchase. Also the management upped the price of the vehicle 3k unless I bought it today because the “market is one thing and cargurus is another” unethical practices. No customer should be spoken to or treated that way. I expected basic courtesy and respect, regardless of whether I was asking questions or still deciding on a vehicle. Unethical selling practices, terrible customer service and overly emotional staff members. Reading through all the other reviews just proves the dealership does nothing to reprehend their employees and correct the problem. , I would NOT recommend this dealership if you are purchasing a vehicle. Spend your money elsewhere and have a enjoyable car buying experience.
