What can I say I absolutely love this crew of people they always find a way to work with me I’ve been with them for almost two years now started off with a prius going to a 4runner to a subaru outback I never regret going back Ali is freaking amazing god bless him he helped me and my family 3 times can you name a dealer that will help you and your family 3 times in a row? I freaking love my 2019 Subaru Outback I got from them I wouldn’t have gotten it from anyone else I highly recommend they will work with you they got me a prius before when I was at my lowest into my credit they will help you no matter what credit you got! On March 7, 2026, I purchased a vehicle from A&A Auto LLC under the representation that the sale and financing had been approved and finalized. After taking possession of the vehicle, making a substantial down payment, obtaining insurance, and relying on the transaction in good faith, I was later informed that the financing had allegedly fallen through. I believe I was subjected to deceptive “yo-yo financing” tactics designed to pressure me into renegotiating the terms of the deal under threat of repossession. On May 13, 2026, I formally filed a complaint against A&A Auto LLC with the Colorado Department of Revenue Auto Industry Division alleging unfair and deceptive dealership practices. As the situation escalated, including repossession attempts and conflicting information regarding the status of the loan, I retained legal counsel to protect my rights and interests. My car I was looking to trade in worked fine and have been driving and starting perfect. I let them test drive it without me in the car (my fault) and the idiots pulled my fuses making it to where my car wouldn’t start. Then tried blaming “It’s low on coolant” when I confronted them about it. After putting my fuses back to where they should’ve been car worked like it had been before. Shadiest, most untrustworthy dealership I’ve ever experienced highly don’t recommend even to my worse enemy.
