Our sales person Dave was excellent. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful. Worked with the owner Ben on the final step. He was also very professional and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure. I walked out the first time and there was absolutely no trying to get me to commit. Very up front and honest. When I cam back and committed to purchase the vehicle the sales paperwork was handled in a very professional manner explaining everything in detail. The car was clean when we looked at it but they took it through the detail process anyway. I noticed no floor mats or spare tire. Ben quickly made that situation right. I highly recommend this dealership for any used car purchase. I am not sure what went wrong with the negative reviewers but that is not the experience I received at all. Best used car experience I've had in awhile. 2005 Honda Pilot EXL, radio was locked due to the battery being replaced but with some patience and know how from Honda, I was able to bring the stereo system back to life. You get 4 stars: It was supposed to have a full tank of gas after the purchase and was left with half a tank. Other than that, great customer service value!

Me and my husband needed a second car we went there we bought we looked at in test drove a Kia Sorrento 2011. . when we test drove the car we smelled coolant, we asked Fredrick who was the salesman about it and he said the car had just been sitting for six months or so we called him back after we took it home and told him the car was having problems and basically they did nothing to help us. We bought the car for 3700 replaced a windshield immediately which was $200 and my husband had to do all kinds of work on the radiator and the coolant system. And then we found out that well there’s possibly there’s been they knew there was a problem with it. It’s either leaking water into the block or something because the Prestone is just like disappearing. We don’t even know where it’s going. It’s not leaking or nothing. At any rate. We probably have to replace the engine which is gonna cost us five grand so needless to say we had a bad experience at this car dealership Denise does not care about her customer. She’s a thief and she’s trained her sales people to do just as much they won’t even answer your calls after you buy the car. I drove by their car lot on Union Blvd . On 10/6/2025 and the lot was empty and looked closed down . I hope she’s out of business because is is a crooked used car dealer! Car Concepts owes me $3700.00!
