They truly went above and beyond to make our purchase smooth and stress free, and we never felt pressured at any point. If they have a vehicle you're considering, don't hesitate. Green State motors communicated quickly and clearly throughout the entire process. When I arrived for my test drive one of the owners rode with me at my request. I noticed that the brakes did not feel exactly right. The owner agreed and went back and immediately changed the rotors and the brake pads before I picked up the vehicle the very next day. I have never seen anything like this before when purchasing a used vehicle! Their pricing was incredibly competitive and the way they work with Carfax and educating you on all of the ins and outs of the vehicle gave me a high level of assurance I was making the right decision. When it came time to pick up my vehicle and make a 7 Hour Drive home the owner smiled and shook my hand and said “you have a long drive today I filled up the gas tank for you. Thank you for your business.’ I cannot say enough about this experience and the highest level of customer service Green State motors brings to what can be a difficult and scary decision. I give Green State Motors, a resounding five star recommendation for this company!

We typically hate buying cars from a dealership, but Green State was amazing! They went above and beyond to make it possible for us to see and test drive the car we bought. The price was very fair, and even after the purchase, they were helpful and accommodating as we worked through things in our end to get the car registered. I saw the vehicle that I wanted at Green State Motors. I called and received amazing service. All my questions were answered and I had an out the door price within 30 minutes. I was not pressured to buy anything extra. No high pressure sales. I drove 6 hours with my trade-in vehicle. Total time at the dealer maybe 40 minutes. Extremely organized. I then took possession of my new vehicle and drove 6 hours back home. If they have the vehicle you want do not hesitate buying from these people.

Tina and Aaron are the literal “mom and pop” of this small business, and I believe they were honest and truly care about providing good quality vehicles at a fair price. It felt more like buying a car from a new friend than the typical used car dealer, and Tina was hospitable and respectful of the fact we drove 5 hours to seal the deal. I'm not sure who details their cars, but they also deserve 5 stars for attention to detail because it was immaculate. We’re very happy with our purchase.
