You can tell he truly cares about his customers; he went above and beyond to make sure I was in a safe vehicle and getting a fair deal. I bought a car there in April. The experience was fairly simple, and they worked well with me along the way. ( Even put the plates on for me after I got the title! ) Hussein was great, and Basil was extremely helpful; he set me up to get the air conditioning fixed when we discovered that it wasn't working properly! Admittedly, the dealership itself Is not fancy, but what really matters is the people. They are experienced, hard-working, and kind. Great cars at a great price. I found the place through Facebook and came to look at the cars. I found an incredible car at a steal of a price ($2000 below blue book value) and they even made an exception and gave me a warranty. Later my family came with me to pick up the car and they bought a vehicle while there. These people are very fair and have the best deals here!

Came here to check out an Infiniti M37X (nice car) and I paid $5k under market value due to a previous fender bender the car experienced in the past. I did my research (as you always should) and got an incredible deal on this car. Took it into my mechanic shop and inspected everything myself thoroughly, and the car is in mint condition inside and out. This is the only dealership I’ve bought a car from, and I highly recommend them.

Nice cars in several different price ranges, and he is upfront about their condition. Got an uber from Colorado Springs to Good Deal Auto, hoping the car I was getting dropped off to buy was what they had said it was. And it was exactly as advertised, the negotiation was fair and the purchase process was easy. The only hiccup was acquiring the title afterwards, 6 weeks later when they finally got around to going to the DMV to get it is when everything closed for COVID. But other than that they are a good lot to work with.
