My experience with FSL Motors was great overall. They helped me with a vehicle that was suitable for my price range and family. Not only did they sell me the Toyota Tundra I was looking for, but they also stayed late passed closing to complete the transaction with the vehicle. I worked with Matt through a good bit of the process and he fulfilled my customer service needs by answering my questions and gave a good experience there. Recommend FSL Motors!

Solomon was great. He bought our car for a fair price when we had to relocate for work. The process was quick and easy. He also gives a great warranty for new purchases. FSL Motors is a trustworthy business, that I highly recommend.

So I received a call from the salesmen Chris. I was told that he had gotten me financing. Although it was for a vehicle that I never applied for. He made me feel like I had no choice but to take this vehicle we did all the paperwork and I paid the down payment and left with the vehicle. However, the vehicle would not pass emissions. I notified Chris that it wouldn't pass emissions and was told to bring the car in. So that's what I did. Because I expressed being unhappy with the vehicle he chose to tell me that he needed proof of income and my driver's license. Things that all car dealerships get before you leave the lot with the car. I sent these things to him on 4 separate occasions. Now I can't even get anybody from this place to return my call. I've left several messages with no avail. These people are keeping the car and keeping my down payment. I'm a 60year old woman that is battling breast cancer. I feel like they preyed on me. I needed a vehicle badly so he sold me this car that wouldn't last the term of financing. I mean why else won't they return my call, give me my money back or attempt to make me a happy customer? So I would think twice or even three times before buying from them. For a family owned business they don't act like it. I can't get finance, sales or anybody else to talk to me. DONT BUY A VEHICLE FROM. THIS DEALERSHIP
