I recently bought a car here and it was seriously the best experience I could have asked for. Corey went through so many test drives and car files for me until he found me the perfect one and I couldn't be happier. Brandy in the office has been amazing too and anything I call her about she has a solution and takes care of it ASAP. My husband bought a truck a few months ago and has loved it. Started off rough as neither of us have bought a car from a lot but they took care of him too and any issue that raises with his vehicle. Love this place and will be going back and highly recommend them

The cars are not in good condition because I have returned mine GMC, Yukon get work on I know the mechanic is not well train because I still have to get Yukon work on the item the O2 sensor.the repair the converter but forgot to replace the O2 sensors and return mine vehicle to me and replay, to me it was completed everything is done.Was it?No the sensors was never replace and the engine light keep coming on and the vehicle was running like scrap and stall out while driving.The place was fast to take mine money but slow to get mine vehicle repaired. I am not a happy customer they need to get well train mechanic that are not afraid to work and if can’t fix the problem admit it not try to cover up the problem and tell the customers the job is done, that tell me they don’t know what they doing.

Absolutely Horrible Service – A Total Nightmare! Avoid This Place at All Costs! If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. From day one, this dealership has been a complete disaster. The only positive thing I can say is that Corie was friendly and professional during the purchase — but that’s where the good ends. Everything that followed has been an absolute nightmare. Right after buying the vehicle, the auto start didn’t work. We brought it in and were told they “couldn’t find the problem.” Two weeks later, the check engine light came on due to an EVAP leak. We brought it back, they “fixed” it — and two days later, the light was back. We repeated this cycle several times with no real solution. They eventually replaced the auxiliary battery, which fixed the auto start, but within days the check engine light returned — this time because the car was misfiring. They replaced the spark plugs and coils, handed the car back to us, and the light was STILL on. On June 9th, they said it needed a new computer. After replacing it, suddenly the radiator fan wasn’t working. The car sat in their shop for over two months, with constant excuses like “It’ll be ready tomorrow.” Finally, after weeks of back-and-forth, they said it had a broken piston and needed a whole new engine. And while all this was going on: • They left cars unlocked, putting personal items at risk. • Our car was wedged into another vehicle, buckling our bumper. • We were given multiple unsafe loaner cars — one with horrible suspension that shook violently and overheated on the highway. • Another loaner came with the comment, “Hopefully this one doesn’t break down.” (It did.) • The fourth “loaner” was a car pulled straight from their lot that was supposedly for sale — the blend door actuator clicked constantly, the window stopped working, and I was left driving in the heat with no A/C and a stuck window. When I brought that up, the mechanic Jorge mocked me and told me to “put bubble wrap on my head” if it rained. Completely unprofessional. We were stuck in that loaner for two months before finally — on October 10th — they called to say our car was ready. Except now, my parking sensors don’t work, and my seat set function is broken. The car runs, but I’m taking it elsewhere because I don’t trust anything they’ve touched. Communication is nonexistent — none of the mechanics speak or understand English, so getting an update is nearly impossible. When my husband went to check on the car, he found the mechanics sitting around doing nothing — and two of them got into a screaming fistfight right there in front of him. This place is a circus, not a dealership. If I were the owner, I’d be ashamed of how this place operates. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for customers is beyond unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and take your business ANYWHERE else. This place should be shut down or completely restructured from the ground up. I would’ve been better off keeping my old car than ever trusting this joke of a dealership.

I’m not sure how they choose which customers to actually help, but these people are terrible. Your best option would be literally anywhere else. Better customer service from the gas station attendant selling a toy car. If you HAVE to get a car from here, make sure you take it to a shop first so they can tell you all the problems that you were about to buy and you can just go somewhere else. Corey slipped and admitted to us that he sold us a bad car. Made a weak attempt to backpedal before just staying quiet while we laughed at him. Had to laugh to stop from getting angry. Life is too short to buy a car from scoundrels. And these people are scoundrels.
