This dealership was absolutely awesome and literally dont have a single complaint, which is rare! Im from Montana and I purchased a 2003 Toyota Sequoia without coming to look at it. Habib was honest in his evaluation on the rig. Even video called to show me everything, along with any additional videos or pics I requested. They gladly took the rig down to Concord Toyota (also very pleased with them) to have a Pre Purchase Inspection done when I requested. Toyota found a handful small issues. Habib within a few days had everything repaired or replaced. I had issues finding transport back to montana so eventually just flew down to drive it back. He sent guys with the Sequoia 45min to the airport to drop it off to me. The drive home has been perfect, so far. The entire process was smooth and honest. Which buying a car across the country that you've never seen from a dealer you've never met can obviously go south quick. Aziz and Habib, couldn't be happier, thank you!

Looking for a new used vehicle to buy is exciting when you find just what you want- one of the very first rides that caught my eye was at Zac's , and as I continued my search I kept coming back to that same vehicle. It had the options I wanted and at a fair price. I drove 90 minutes each way to Zac's and it was worth the time and effort! The car was very clean inside , in excellent condition, and my mechanic checked it out and gave it his blessing. I was kind of dreading the next step, going over price and fees, trying to get the best price, doing all the paperwork-that can be such a drag! But it was amazingly simple and stress free. The paperwork was all ready and easy to understand . The out the door price was very fair- no crazy extra fees, no surprise add ons,I stayed within my budget and before I knew it I was driving my new ride home. Big thanks to Aziz and the to other guy who worked with us ( I forgot his name, my bad) You guys are great and I am really enjoying my new ride. Update: Two months in and Ive been very happy with My Subaru from Zac- just a few days ago, an unexpected issue did arise, and although they really have no legal obligation to do so, Aziz immediately offered to make things right. . I'm just so grateful! Aziz really cares , not just about his business but about his customer's satisfaction. If only every business was more like Zac Auto! Went to Zac auto dealers to evaluate a 2013 Honda Fit. The staff was very courteous and Aziz made sure we knew everything available about the car. He provided car fax vehicle history and additional maintenance records indicating that they well prepared the car for sale. We were impressed with their attention to safety items which were replaced and the overall condition and function of the vehicle. We were so pleased with the friendly treatment that we received and the offer to reach out to him if any concerns develop. This is believable given the fair and reasonable price that we arrived at. This was an easy purchase for us and they they saved us trip to the DMV!!!

Overall a pleasant experience. I took my sweet time test driving the vehicle, checking everything and I never felt rushed. These guys were very friendly. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for and they worked with me to make the deal just right.
