Golden Auto

I don't buy many cars, in fact this is the first car that I bought in over 25 years. I was looking for a specific model and happened to run across this one at Golden Auto. Buying a car can be very stressful and in my case it was buying a car and then having it shipped which added to the stress because there is so much uncertainty without being able to be there in person and test drive/look at it so there was a bit of a leap of faith. It helped that they have very good reviews from multiple sites. From the start Diego was my contact and he was a pleasure to work with all the way through the process. He was very responsive in taking calls and questions even when he was out of office. They don't leave you hanging or ignore you. We came to a deal and he even recommended a reputable transport service that was priced competitively with what I could find on my own and handled all of that on their end. Well worth it. The car arrived and is exactly what is in the pictures and description. Very, very clean especially for the age it is and well maintained. I looked at the same type of car from private sellers and other dealers similarly priced and this car from Golden Auto is far and away in superior condition. I am very satisfied with the service and the vehicle I got here and would happily recommend them to anyone interested in buying a car from them.

I can't say enough good things about this place, and Mark in particular. They had the truck I wanted, were able to make a deal work with my less than stellar credit, and found a number of things wrong with the truck and righted them before delivery to get me as nice of a vehicle as possible. You're still buying a used vehicle and like anything used it's gonna have some issues but they went above and beyond to get me a great truck. I'm telling everyone and anyone in the market for a nice used vehicle to call these guys first. They really do care about their customers. I even asked them to find a car for my wife as well because of how well they treated me the first time around. I will do business with them again.

I purchased a vehicle through these folks, mark & diego. The process was very simple and efficient. I was so grateful that I was able to purchase this 2006 GMC sierra 1500. It is a great vehicle. My partner & I love it, she enjoys riding in the passenger. Thank you both for making this process easy! Looking towards these folks next time I plan on purchasing another vehicle!

Absolutely Disgusting Practices go on at this dealer, I was sold a vehicle Infiniti G37 2010 around December and since then there has been a plethora of issues extremely unsafe my car overheating within two weeks of having it which is insane all because they couldn’t check if the car had a radiator drain plug not only that the brakes and rotors are severely worn and I was at risk of a crash. For all the people that have also been scammed by their sad salesman Diego Llama I will be calling for a California Dmv inspection of their business and a small courts claim by Contra Costa and will escalate if needed.

Disappointed in several major issues. Description did not disclose head light seals were shot as there was moisture apparent. Lower right rear tail light was not working. Missing cap for the windshield reservoir (come on!). Air filter was filthy. Otherwise runs great. Notified C&B of these issues. Cannot in good faith give you a "good" recommendation. Also "star/ chip) in windshield., probably need to be replaced. Cars&Bids offered no remedy. Easily $1000+ in repairs which should have been disclosed. Beware of Golden Auto and website Cars&Bids.
