Bought: 2010 Acura TSX Salesperson: Maria I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. After purchasing my car, I noticed the dealership sticker was placed in the middle of the windshield instead of the lower corner. The next day I discovered why: there was a crack in the windshield perfectly hidden behind that sticker. The following day, the check engine light came on. I confronted the owner. He told me he would replace the windshield and take care of the check engine light. I trusted his word and dropped off the car so they could fix it. They kept my car for TWO WEEKS. I gave them time to do it right. When I picked it up, nothing had been done about the windshield — still cracked. The owner then denied ever saying he would replace it. As for the check engine light, instead of repairing the issue, they simply reset the light to make it disappear. That’s not fixing the problem, that’s covering it up. Yes, the car was sold “as is,” but “as is” does not excuse deceptive behavior, hiding visible damage, or denying promises made to a customer. Integrity matters and this dealership showed none. If you buy from here: assume nothing, trust nothing verbal, and document everything. This dealership is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
