I recently purchased a 2016 Volkswagen e-Golf from this dealership and my car buying experience was nothing but stress-free, pleasant, and enjoyable. I love my new car. It have not had any issues and the staff and the owner have been nothing but friendly and professional. They are an independent family owned and operated car dealership and when I went to take my car documents to my credit union to get the loan, they said that the price I received was a very fair, and I agreed. I have not had any issues with this dealership and I highly recommend them.
I found the Q5 deal online from this dealer and called ahead to confirm the car's availability and details, since I was about 40 miles away in Chino Hills. The owner made the process smooth; the car was very clean and ready for a test drive when I arrived. I’ve been driving it for more than five months now, and it’s still in good condition. They even followed up afterward to see if I had any concerns, great customer service! I would highly recommend this dealer to my friends!

He hid all the flaws this car had, interior was in poor condition. Engine has some major issues as well but he blamed it on me for driving it. lol. This owner did not want to speak with me AT ALL. I found the issues only 5 days after signing final paperwork. This owner took zero accountability and basically said it was my problem. I now have a broken car that I need to dump thousands of dollars into. I’m from Alaska and it’s crazy to see how humans treat others like this. I trusted this dealership and that’s a hard lesson I learned. Do not trust this owner
