Easiest car buying transaction I've ever had in my life. Drove up to Hawthorne from Chula Vista this past January to check out an increasingly harder to find car: the Mazda5. I was in and out in less than an hour. Mario and Danny were great and I had an excellent experience. They have a nice selection of cars on the lot ranging from high end to more practical. They also offer a warranty which I think is great if you live in the immediate area. This was way better than a new car dealer or a private party sale. They were super respectful of my time and handled all paperwork for me. Hubs drove the Mazda5 home and I followed. We brought the car to our local trusted family mechanic and after raising on the lift, my mechanic said it was the cleanest used car he'd ever seen. I mean EVERYTHING was super clean including the undercarriage and the interior which was nearly flawless. My mechanic said I got a really good one and dialed her in for me with new spark plugs, serpentine belt, and some other things (I bought the car with 110,*** miles on it). I feel really good about my purchase and the Mazda5 is my new daily driver. 10/10 would totally buy from Elegant Auto Sales again. Thank you Mario and Danny!!!

I just wanted to take the time to write a positive review for these guys because they truly did an amazing job assisting with the purchase of my car back in June. I can't be more happy with my purchase and the guys here were an absolute delight. They made the process smooth and easy. They were also very thorough, checking every part of the car prior to me picking it up. They even replaced the entire radiator because they saw a small crack in one part of a hose attachment. Mario helped me with my purchase and was extremely helpful, fair and respectful. Definitely give these guys a go! Highly recommend.

Back in 2012 I bought a 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis with 65,000 miles in 2018 I still own this car it now has 200,000 miles. And going strong I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from elegant auto. 2019 I now purchased a 2006 Lincoln Town Car Signature. this is the second vehicle I purchase from Elegant Auto Sales just like my previous car its been a great vehicle.

Talked to Mario the day before. Assured me there was only some small damage to the passenger side. Back bumper has major damage. Brake light cover is gone. Top of the van, well you take a look at the photo. Per Mario he had no idea there was damage. What do you mean? You didn’t see that the top of the van was bashed in and the van is sitting on your lot. All you had to do was be honest and not waste our time driving all the way for nothing. 0 stars for being dishonest and zero stars for having zero respect for our time.
