When you get therr, just park at any "Customer Parking" spot, then walk into the BMW center, ask a front desk about selling your car at EchoPark and they will call a representative for you. The selling process was fast and super straightforward. The representative only needed to verify if my car was as described when I did the estimate online. That process took about 15 minutes. After that, the representative showed me the offer for my car. I was so happy that my car's value was exactly the same as estimated. I accepted the offer and the agent asked me for my ID and the car's title. I was even paid the extra $500 they mentioned on the offer if I sell it within 48 hours. After that I was asked to sign some documents. The representative came back to me with a check and some documents after another 15 minutes. And everything is done from there! Highly recommended!

Brought my car in because they offered a fair price, and i wanted less of a headache when selling my car. But then they cut the offer in half because they said my paint was damaged. It's a14 year of car that's immaculate inside and mechanically perfect. The clear coat is gone on the roof and some on the trunk. The paint is still great. I can understand if they knocked a bit off of the offer. But not half. Terrible experience. Clear coat IS NOT paint.
