I’ve only had my vehicle from C&P for two months and I took my vehicle to the dealership due to my car having slow acceleration and random stalling. I had to replace the battery, alternator, windshield blades, and the left front shock strut boot totaling to $2500. When I first looked at the car he handed me the keys and didn’t even attempt to try to sell it or tell me more about the car. Paul’s only selling point for me was that the “vehicle has a new engine”. However there was many other issues with the vehicle that arised in the days after i purchased it. C&P did fix the air conditioner and the airbag issue I was having however those problems are minuscule to the issues I have been encountering. It’s sad that this car lot specializes in assisting people with bad or fixed credit purchase and get approved for vehicles but won’t ensure that their vehicles are 100% up and running for the purchaser to enjoy. If you are desperate and need a vehicle please keep searching and save your money so you won’t be paying additional on fixing the vehicle. Shame on C&P and I would never do business again or recommend them to anyone. Edit: Paul responded to my comment and stated that I should’ve went back and asked for assistance however that wouldn’t be the case if it was made sure and clear that the vehicles are up and running completely before being sold. So quick to make a sale but not quick to test drive and ensure vehicles are 100% reliable. Thats what a real DEALER does.
