I cannot express in words how much I regret going to Automod Racing. Noel and his staff are disorganized, unprofessional, and do TERRIBLE work. They totally screwed up my Mustang when I took it in to get coilovers, wheels, and tires installed and to have it lowered. I brought Noel a detailed list of parts I wanted installed and what I wanted done. He approved it and said it will work and look good. It looks good, but the workmanship and customer service are ABSOLUTE CRAP! I have had to go back more than 6 times trying to get this resolved, but now I have to take it somewhere else to be repaired, and sue Automod Racing in court. Here's what went wrong: 1. Noel wouldn't give a detailed estimate, they charged my $300 over the original quote plus another $400 for work they should have done but didn't. 2. They didn't install the coilovers properly. My car was rattling like the wheels were about to fall off. A bumpy ride comes with having coilovers, but this literally felt like the wheels were going to fall off. I have had to take it back 5 times for them to adjust it, but they can't figure out what is wrong. Each time, I've had to take Ubers and Lyfts to and from work which costs more money and is hella inconvenient. 3. There were two large gouges in the brand new custom wheels when I picked up the car. (see the pictures) 4. They "lost" one of my old shocks and springs, and they didn't dispose of the tires when I asked for the old wheels back. 5. They charged extra for an alignment, which wasn't done right. My car was pulling hard to the right. Noel told me the wheels had the wrong lug nuts, which as absolute BS - according to the wheel manufacturer. 6. This is the worst part... They charged me extra to cut the top of the strut towers, and the work looks horrific. It seriously looks like a blindfolded kindergartner with a saw and hammer could have done better. (see the pictures: there are 2 before, 2 after, and 1 showing what it should have looked like) 7. I tried to resolve things diplomatically with Noel. He refused to accept accountability and tried to blame the coilovers not working on me, saying I didn't buy parts that would work on the car. I got the Air Lift Performance coilovers which several youtubers have successfully installed on their Mustangs without an issue. 8. I requested a refund. Noel refused. I told him I will be contacting the Bureau of Automotive Repair and filing a lawsuit. With a smug look on his face and a cocky attitude he told me to "do what you have to do." Noel, you're going to wish you had taken me up on my offer of simply returning what I paid, because when we go to court, you're going to be responsible for monetary damages that will wipe that smug look off your face and make sure you NEVER treat another customer the way you have treated me. For those of you looking to get your car upgraded/modified, if you value your car, then I suggest you speed away from Automod Racing as fast you can! I regret the day I saw this place as a I drove by and thought it would be a good idea to have them upgrade my Mustang. And if I could give them negative stars, I would. UPDATE: Read the owner’s (Noel) reply. His timeline and details of events are off. He refuses to accept accountability. He’s still trying to blame this fiasco on me. He’s acting like he did me some sort of favor by trying to correct their mistakes. He thinks I blew up over some lugnuts… he just doesn’t get it! I took it to a professional specialist shop. When I popped the hood and they saw the damage Automod caused to the strut tower covers (see the pictures), their jaws dropped down to ground. We did a test drive

One star because it’s the least amount I can give!!! Do not take your vehicle to this, you will regret it!! My Honda has ran perfectly fine for 25 years! Now it barely runs & only with a sputter & hard vibration when stopped! Dropped my car off to have the timing belt replaced, for preventative maintenance, but my car was running fine & now to say it runs like crap is an understatement!! they broke the center console cracked the fresh paint job all done the side of the hood & conveniently the voice mailbox is full when I try to call for a refund! Do yourself a huge favor and AVOID this place!!!!
