Great customer service!! Fast and friendly environment!! I was able to walk out with a car stress free!! I Definitely recommend them to help purchase your next car!!
Nikki was very professional she kept me updated thru text on how they were working with different banks to get me approved and she got me approved for a new vehicle. If you are looking for your next vehicle purchase I highly recommend sublime auto and ask for NIKKI…..
Good purchase experience. Very welcoming, prompt, explanative of the processes, and work with your schedule. Happy with my car
My husband purchased a vehicle from this shop, and within just three days, the car started shutting off on me. I’ve now had it for about a month, and the problem is still happening—especially when I put the car into Drive, it just turns off. I’ve contacted the shop multiple times asking for help, whether that be a repair or a refund, and unfortunately nothing has been done. The lack of communication and responsibility is extremely frustrating. I trusted this business to sell me a reliable vehicle, and instead I’ve been left dealing with ongoing issues and no support. I would strongly recommend others be cautious before purchasing from here.
