We had such a great experience at this dealership, especially working with Emanuel and everyone there! My husband originally purchased an electric car from them, but shortly after buying it, he realized it probably wouldn’t fit his long daily commute and started feeling worried about the range. Aka range anxiety (He should’ve listened to me (his wife) first smh lmao) The very same day, we called Emanuel!! He was very attentive and helpful. He told my husband to not worry about it and that he would take care of it the next day! He did as he promised The next day, Emanuel and all the team there helped us exchange it for a plug in hybrid that made much more sense for our family and my husband’s work commute. (1 hr each way) Emanuel was incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He really listened to our concerns and worked hard to help us find something my husband felt comfortable and confident driving every day. What we appreciated most was that they truly respected our budget. We technically could’ve afforded a higher-priced vehicle, but we had a specific monthly budget in mind for our family finances and my husband wanted to stay responsible with that. They never pressured us into stretching beyond that or tried to upsell us into something unnecessary. Instead, they took their time finding the best option for our needs, our lifestyle, and our budget. They also helped us get a great APR and made the whole process feel honest, supportive, and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people rather than just making a sale. We’re so thankful for Emanuel and the entire team for going above and beyond for our family. Highly recommend! I would definitely come back for a Tesla for myself next time!!

I went in looking at a mustang and I left driving a jeep rubicon, amazing customer service. No pressure to buying anything. I asked if they would put carpet in a Jeep. They said sure I asked if they could fix the. Rain guards, not a problem. I highly recommend this place absolutely at least go here and give it a try. Go talk to Hector he's awesome..

After experiencing bad dealerships all week, my wife and I found Sam’s Auto. Emmanuel is the MAN. Super nice and knowledgeable about all the vehicles in his lot. He was very patient with us and the many questions we had for him. I know for sure that I was a tough customer and Emmanuel and Alex went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the vehicle we purchased. I absolutely would recommend Sam’s Auto to anyone in the Fresno area for any vehicle, but especially to anyone looking to test out a hybrid/ev. Our car-buying experience was a complete turnaround when we found you guys. Your charismatic personality and friendly service convinced us to choose you. However, just a day after driving the car, an orange warning sign appeared on our vehicle. We had mentioned this issue to you before, and you assured us that you would take care of it. The big day finally arrived when we went to the dealership. Alvaro, I believe, informed us that the “lucesita” (the warning light) was fixed and that you had also filled up our tank. As we left with excitement, we didn’t realize that the tank was only half full, and the warning light was obviously off . However, as we were approaching the Cherry Swapt Meet, the light triggered back on and refused to go off. I tried to follow up with the dealership to get some information, but no one responded. Weeks passed, and the light continued to stay on. I finally returned to the dealership to get a charger I didn’t receive the day of the sale, and when I approached Alvaro, I questioned him again about the warning light, and he was thoughtful and informed me that it was just the TMPS sensor. I honestly know how TMPS sensors work and how they are displayed in many automotive manufacturers. The weirdest thing is how they still continue to offer you extended warranty for another 3k My take on it. I believe your service repair associates simply used an OBD scanner and erased the code for the meantime. Now I have a problem I need to fix after buying a car that was out of your lot less than 35 minutes. At least our 96 Ford car didn’t have any troubleshooting lights, but this 2023 vehicle already started giving hiccups.
