It was a great experience, an amazing buy. I'm glad I took my mom there. The sales guy Desmond was great and made us feel comfortable in our purchase.
Carmen is a true gem at hertz car sales! She’s very professional! After my horror story of car shopping yesterday coming here was a breeze! Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to purchase a car
I had a great experience at Hertz Car Sales in Fresno thanks to Carmen and Brian. Carmen was friendly with excellent customer service, and both made the process quick and easy. A real no hassle, no pressure, just a smooth, in and out purchase. Highly recommend!
Very helpful and friendly. Everyone was super nice and made the experience very easy and welcoming answered every question I had. And for Carmen thank you very much made the process very easy next car will be with her again!!!!
I understand the no haggle price. I paid cash and I think there should have been something. They didn't even give me a full tank of gas. Sales rep was newer, no issues with that, professional and attentive got everything done just didn't give a confident feel. 4 stars because I liked the car, the people seemed good but, felt there was no perks I guess,
