Our salesman was JR and let me just say, he was super friendly and understanding. We were looking for a specific car and he didn't try to force us to look at other cars that were not in our interest. He was honest and really tried to help us get the best of our bucks. Was skeptical at first because the reviews seemed too good. But its true, excellent customer service and we got what we wanted. 2022 Toyota highlander LE hybrid AWD!
