I’ve read some of the past reviews and can’t believe this is the same place!! I had an exceptionally great experience here!! Francisco was great and walked me through every step patiently as I had a ton of questions and wasn’t going to leave until I had them all answered. The financing was a great deal as well and I especially love that any extra money paid towards the car goes towards the car not financing which is rare!! I liked that they weren’t just trying to rush me to get something that I didn’t love and or need but made sure I was going to get something I loved and would last me and my girls!! Can’t thank you enough Francisco, we love our car!! Definitely check this place out and don’t just go off previous reviews as it seems the new ownerships has turned this place around!!

Fransisco was so helpful he stayed til almost 10pm to help me get a car!! Way past closing just to get me in a vehicle! And he made sure me and my husband qualified even though we both have bad credit. He was a very honest salesman and very friendly. We had an issue with the starter for the vehicle a few days later and they said to bring it in and they replaced it with a brand new one right away! They are a good auto dealer I would recommend them to anyone! And I love my new car! Thank you Fransisco

Worst place ever don’t ever go here they sold us a car that since day 1 didn’t work, we didn’t even take the car home the day we got it because “they needed to work on it” we had to get the car few days later and had no plates kept calling and asking and no replies. Ended up calling the bank that leased us the car to take it back because the dealership was no help had so many mechanical issues would leave me stranded and no plates. Now I get a notice in the mail that my state refund got taken because of registration fees from this car that I didn’t even have for more than a month with no plates on it either because they never gave it to me. Worst place ever

Never go here. My mom paid 15k total to pay the car off completely off the lot and they refused to help her with her car. Never been serviced and won’t show documents for it when she asked. Oil watch pitch black and they lied and said they did an oil change and never did. We went and took the car off the lot and the next day she had 3 symbols on the car and she took it back and there mechanic cleared the codes with a code machine and they said “ we do that to take codes off come back tomorrow if the codes come on again” so you basically clear codes and lie to people and say nothing wrong with the car. Not to mention he told my mom they will pay for everything that’s wrong with the car and then they lied and said “well you got the car as is didn’t you, you have to pay out of pocket for what’s wrong with your car”. They said this to her because she was telling them how it is because they would ignore her messages and her phone calls every time she would call them and try to get ahold of them.
