Bought a car a couple of weeks ago and their service and patience with me was outstanding. They had all the paperwork done and ready to go by the time I got there. Signed and out in 5 minutes. However, I did have a few mechanical issues. At first I was pretty upset about this but I let Jay know and after sending him a few receipts, he quickly and apologetically sent me $500 for the trouble. This is an 05 so I know older cars can have issues, and I did buy this "as is". Therefore, he had no obligation to reimburse me. Just goes to show their integrity and commitment to customer service. Definitely recommend these guys and when I'm in the market for another car, I'll be sure to check them out again.

Car had bad break pads, engine leaking oil, bad tires but was able to negotiate for $500 off. The owner was saying they hardly make any profit just enough to keep the "lights on"..... lol its a non-profit? Right. Anyways been waiting over a month for registration..... no word. Ill have to handle with the DMV, but they can handle this review. Edit: Forgot to mention, they also said in the ad registration was PAID. Still had to pay it though. Go somewhere else!! Be warned

ATTENTION : I regretted that I had trusted this dealer. I bought a car wasn’t reliable and the dealer he wasn’t cooperative. Be careful or just avoid it a lot much better cars out there.

I recently bought a 4Runner from this dealership and it broke down within 1000 miles of driving it. Sold to me as a "super reliable" car, I was obviosly duped as the repairs now equate to the purchase price. Also, the car was sold to me equipped with the wrong oil type as well as the wrong coolant fluid. Super displeased and would reccomend to stay away.
