Despite all the bad reviews. I really love my buy. My little blue scion tc has really done me justice. God bless all the less unfortunate. As it states in all the paper work. Vehicle is as is. Compared to the one I did business with in the past. I would still come back to these people again and again. They are good people. Thank you NWA Auto!

Don't recommend this place. I bought a 2014 chevy cruz ecodiesel and tried to put full coverage on it as required but 8 different insurance company's wouldn't put full coverage on it. I was then being forced to pay an additional $30 something every 2 weeks for their crappy insurance. I contacted the owner and he said there's nothing they can do and denied anything. I took it upon myself to pay $50 for a Carfax and the car is listed as a lemon/buyback. When confronted the owner about it he denied it. It was listed as a buyback/lemon in California and the owner says it was never in California but the Carfax says otherwise. I have since returned the car and have about $4000 or so into the car and told them i wouldn't go after them if it stays off my credit but the owner has decided to come after me for the remaining balance of the car so I guess I will see him court and will be going after him for what I have in the car for not disclosing the lemon at the sale. And it was also hit by a deer but the airbags never deployed and that wasent disclosed either. The owner says that Carfax is wrong. Don't recommend this place as they are no better than AAF. Roman is the owner and he does not use Carfax what so ever as he just goes by the title itself but unfortunately even though the title was branded in California they are not required to carry it over to other states.

There’s something scuzzy and not completely legal (assumption) going on with this place. I don’t know who to contact but it’s one thing after another the entire time we’ve had this pos car. Then they charge us every other month for insurance when we already have it through State Farm and have proven this multiple times. Should also mention the car barley runs, the owner has staff who are incompetent and apparently don’t even know how to file paperwork properly. Now they are trying to milk us for even more $. This place needs shut down. Roman the owner needs investigated. The dim witted front desk chick needs a lesson on manors and organization. BUYERS BEWARE

Run from this place,horrible management They have Car Mart beat and that's not easy Car are wrecked and overpriced, interest rate is 13.98%. Horrible experience and yes we paid our car off but will never ever go back. 2 balances? They add the principal to the payoff?

Don't recommend this place cause they say we do late payment but we've been doing late payment months months ago until now they told us they need to get the car back "cause they said we're not responsible" please please don't pay a car from here
