I mean, they sold me a car that has a bunch of undisclosed issues. Already had to replace several parts, but of course they're on me about making no late payments. Like, damn, next time sell me a car that doesn't have the bumper and brakes (yes, couldn't stop) falling off please. Don't worry; they'll fix SOME of the issues...at a cost. Nah, I'll just use tape. And not to mention the barrage of texts you can expect nearly DAILY if you miss even by a day. And the late fees... I recommend if you like getting screwed over. Just research this company and you'll see some pretty bad legal trouble they were involved in. Stay away from this company, please, and go to another lot instead. Not even bothering to fix my car at this point cause I really don't care if the brakes fall off again and release me from this contract, but now that I think about it, they might follow me into hell for their payment.

Extremely rude. All they see are dollar signs. The workers there must feel real good working for a company that scams good/vulernable people that are down atm. I was naive and bought a car here. It wouldn’t start and they tried fixing it. They gave it back and it still wouldn’t start over half the time and it was less than 30 days since I had bought it. I recently lost my job and they will not work with me for payments. Even when I had the job the lady I called to make the payment was extremely rude to me on the phone whether I paid on time or not. Retraining the company is needed.

Real rating is like -10000000 ⭐️ Got an old beat up Ford Expedition (I think? It’s been almost a decade. But it was big, red, and a disaster) from this place and returned it before I ever made the first payment. It was ran down, made awful noises when it drove, the gas sensor in the tank as broken so I broke down on my way home, I had to replace fuses that same day so I would have a back left blinker, the back window didn’t roll down more than halfway and come back up…. All of which they didn’t care to fix because the transmission wasn’t falling out and that’s the only time they care cause they can get you to pay more to be put into another vehicle that you have 3 months in before IT’S trans falls out. The list could go on. Anyways, ended up going to a real dealership and their salesmen put me in a 2016 Toyota Corolla that would still be driving to this day had it not gotten totaled (not my fault) at LITERALLY HALF THE COST ALMOST A MONTH. Literally took the Ford back the next day (back in like 2015, maybe 2016) and never heard from them again. I assumed they either put it right back on the lot (I only had it for maybe 1 week, 1.5) or sold it and there was NOT a deficiency balance since I never heard from them. Now, almost a decade later, my wages are being garnished at 25% ($250ish every 2 weeks) and I had to do some major digging to even find out WHO WAS GARNISHING THEM. And while doing so, I found the class action lawsuit against Monte Johnston, the owner or operator of JTI, where he LOST FOR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES AND HAD TO PAY THOUSANDS back to his past customers. How is this place still open? How did they auction off a car they were making me pay close to 10k for, drove only for, we will say 2 weeks max (they have the bi weekly payments and I didn’t even make the first one), and there still was a deficiency of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. What kind of car did you let me drive off the lot in? Underneath all the OBVIOUS problems you tried like hell to hide? The man that I worked with was named Wise. If he’s still there, run 100000000 mph in the other direction. Honestly don’t even turn in the lot. Every single car is a lemon.

The staff is extremely rude, money hungry and DO NOT care about there customers at all!. This is the worst company hands down do not go through them or any company that goes through them. If I could give them 0 stars I 100% would customer service 0, attitude 0, professionalism 0, consideration for customers situation/emotions 0, Communication 0. Not one time have I called and been treated with respect or a single smudge of kindness!.. This company is by far the worst I have ever gone through.

Update: they are garnishing me after they bullied me through text about not making payments on time when I spoke to a couple different workers to make payment plans. This place is a joke. Tried to make $500 payments monthly and it wasn't happening. I offered to pay little by Little until I got a new job with better pay. Maleea was so rude to me saying they need full payment so I told them to come get it and they said they would garnish half my check plus fees so I ended up keeping it even though something is continuously wrong with it. I don't recommend going here at all. They put my sisters car in the shop 1 day after getting out and when she got it back it still wasn't fixed so it was put in 3 more times until they just swapped her cars
