E&S Auto Sales

Bought a car here. It was an ok car for the price, but some issues popped up shortly after we left. Just gotta fix it is all.

I was under contract for almost two years, they leased a 20 year old lemon for almost triple what its worth, ended up having to spend about 7k in repairs alone and another 3k for the labor...they lied about major underlying issues regarding the mechanics and has been a hassle getting legal help to get my contract revised. Wanted to let anyone know who is looking for a dependable or good vehicle to stay away from this place as they are only in it for the money and not the overall satisfaction of the customer. Hopefully someone can learn from my mistake!

Agreed on price over the phone for a certain car. Drove 2 hours to come look it over. Tried to buy and was told I would have to pay an additional $2,000. Did not care to do their job well, and terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Do not do buisness with these people. The salesman lied to me 2 different times. Then the lady that supposedly takes care of the paperwork lied to me over the phone. I had to call little rock dmv and found out the title to my vehicle that i paid for in full is being held in suspense. This car lot never had a title for this van and sold it to me. Now i dont know if i can ever get a title for it.

I do not recommend it for anything in the world, they are scammers, they give you the car with mechanical problems and they are not responsible for anything and the contracts that are signed do not have a valid for them; they end up creating their own rules so that according to them have an excuse and justify themselves for the bad service they give
