My experience at BuyWright is nothing short of a family experience. Everyone is polite and attentive. I was able to browse the vehicles. Any and all questions I asked about a car were immediately answered. The test drive was memorable. Finance was easy. They thoroughly explained my deal and offered valuable amenities that are worth the bill. Signing and key retrieval were the best part bc I finally get to drive home in my new car. 10/10 experience. 5 BOOMS!!

Fantastic place. Found them thru Facebook marketplace. Easy approval process. Walked out with 2 vehicles. 1 for me 1 for my co signer. Great rates. Our salesman was Pablo he was so so nice and extremely helpful. The finance manager Joan Zamora was the absolute best ever!! These guys worked hard got us I mean fantastic deals on 2 cars. We went in expecting to buy 1 vehicle walked out with 2. If you guys are in need of a good dependable vehicle without the hassle you gotta check out Buy Wright Auto Sales in Rogers. The girls at the front desk are so friendly. Everybody in the office goes out of their way to help you. They will do what it takes to get you approved. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! Purchased an SUV late last year, there were a few issues (some warning lights about different systems) but we were told they were fixed, just some fuses. In October, we started having more issues with the SUV and a tow truck was sent out since we did not feel comfortable driving it. We picked the SUV up a few days later, was told again that some fuses needed to be replaced, but it was good. In November, I receive a letter from my insurance that my SUV was involved in a wreck and a claim was filed against me. I contacted Joan and Ryan and was told by both that they knew nothing about a wreck, but would love to know what happened. We contacted the body shop that worked on our SUV and they knew exactly what happened and sent a video of the UNLICENSED, UNINSURED tow truck driver wrecking our SUV. Again, Joan and Ryan say they had no idea that any of this happened. I then received police body cam video of the accident. The police officer spoke with both Ryan and Joan twice while on the scene. After playing audio to Joan of them talking with the officer, suddenly they remembered this incident and said they looked over the SUV and decided it didn't have any damage. I guess they decided not notifying me at all was fine too. Ryan did offer to give me a quote on fixing any damage that I felt had occurred. Still having issues, now even more, we took the SUV to the GMC dealership to have it looked at. According to them, the increased issue occurred due to rear-end damage (from the wreck), that was never fixed by the original shop. I guess if you just pretend nothing happened, the issue goes away? $6K in damage later, they continue to lie and say GMC told them the damage that occurred in the wreck is only $200 to fix, so that's what they have offered to pay, even though GMC told them that is absolutely not what they said and sent us the actual quote with explanation of how the rear-end damage caused this issue. Needless to say, I have now had to involve a lawyer since the last time I spoke with them Ryan hung up on me. So, while they are great at lying and avoiding responsibility, their customer service is TERRIBLE. Ryan and Joan also state that Ryan is now the owner of this business (I asked to speak with the owner, who I believe is his mother), so I would avoid dealing with these two at all costs if this is the way he runs his business. You have been warned.
