A&M#1 Auto Sales

A&M #1 is a trustworthy dealer. I purchased a 2009 Toyota Tacoma w/ 169k miles at A&M #1. I saw the listing on Facebook and asked the poster, Juan, if everything worked, any rust, AC, heat good? He said yes everything worked. I went to go see the vehicle and it was the kind of sale style I think most people prefer. He gave me the keys, and left me alone to look at the vehicle and check whatever I wanted to check. After about 5 minutes or so, Juan came back and asked what I thought. I said looked good, can I test drive? He said sure, go ahead. And off I went by myself in the truck. No sales pitch, just me and the vehicle to determine any issues. On my test drive, I thought the A/C worked but it was hard to tell because it was cold out. After my test drive, I went inside, haggled the price, and purchased the truck. This whole process took less than 10 minutes (Having cash probably made this faster). After that, I asked if I could leave the truck there so my wife could drive me back later to pick it up. They said sure no problem and I picked the truck up a few hours later. Fast forward a couple days and it got a little warm in winter, so I turn on the A/C. Guess what? It was warm. I immediately messaged Juan and he said ok just bring it back. I brought it back on a Monday, got a call that it was brought to a mechanic and leak was discovered on a line and that they needed to wait for TOYOTA (OEM! Great!) to get the part. Received call on following Tuesday that truck was repaired and A/C good to go. Sure enough I showed up and the A/C was good. In this day and age, it's hard to trust anyone, let alone a used car dealer. But I can say with confidence that I would trust the folks over at A&M. Thank you all!

Attention ladies: If you're searching for a car, avoid this place! I had a terrible experience with these unprofessional people.!I was offered a car for $19k all in cash, and I’m so glad I decided not to make the deal that day. The next day, one of my cousins went in for more information and was offered a much better deal on the same car for $16k in cash, simply because he is a man. This is really unfair! As a woman, I feel discriminated against. When they saw me with him, they said they couldn't finalize the deal anymore. It was very obvious why they didn't want to sell him the car now! Thieves!

Tried to buy a car 2012 Honda Civic from them they lied to me and said that I could not finance it even though I had 5,000 in cash and my credit score is up in the 700s they ended up letting me finance 08 Honda Civic not even a year later that the head gasket blew out on it. Thank God I was able to get at least 500 bucks off it and get a new vehicle these guys are crooks do not buy a car from them.
