Oh my gosh.... AMAZING experience!!! I was greeted upon walking in and FIVE minutes later, I was walking outside with keys to my new car!!! Christy and Peanut are both PHENOMENAL and made me feel really good about my decision to do business with them. When she said I would be driving off the lot in a new car, she was NOT playing! Absolutely professional with an upbeat attitude and wonderful spirit; I did not ever feel rushed nor hassled. I've NEVER walked into a dealership just to walk out minutes later with keys in hand!!! I was trying to refrain from writing a bad review but I can never get a resolution.I bought car for my son about 4 months ago and it has been in the shop almost every week. I've called Mr. Reggie and even text about the problems I have been having out of this Impala, he always states he will get back with me & I have even went up there to show him & he says he will try & help me. I have spent over $2,000 already for the maintenance & probably another $2,000 b/c now the transmission is acting up, can barely drive everything is leaking & several wiring issues & can barely drive it at this time. I know it's a used car as is but I was hoping he would of stood by his word and said if I needed anything to come to him. I've tried on numerous occasions I even called the lady in the office & just have never heard back from anyone. This car has given me more problems from the day I bought it, he stated the lady before kept up the maintenance but she definitely did not...it is definitely a lemon and I will not recommend this place. It's my fault for trusting & just a customer out of a lot of money. Lesson learned...
