I did an online request Friday night, Marco called me Saturday morning. He had me pre-approved and by 4pm Saturday I was driving off the lot with my 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. For sure I want to say Thank you to Mark Fitts for making sure the 2015 Chevy Equinox I purchased was in tip top shape a smooth running fully functional automobile. I love it alot. This is the reason I am a returning customer in 2012 I purchased a BMW from Bill Fitts and it took a couple of tries but at the end of the day I had a beautiful fully functional automobile. Mark has held up his father's belief in customer satisfaction. And I am a very satisfied customer X 2. Just a small.side note be wary of Marco he's the epitome of the used car salesman he will say and do anything to make a sale even lie.

I didn’t purchase a vehicle however Bill was outside to greet us and answer any questions I had and was kind enough to link us in contact with another gentleman @ a different dealership. Thank you for your customer service it was very much appreciated.

Im not a fan of the "no haggle pricing" nor that if they finance you are forced to buy gap and a service contract. If I have to buy gap that means that what I am buying is worth less than what I am paying for it. I would like the choice.

My son purchased a 2017 Chevy Suburban from this dealership in March 2025, and this has turned into one of the worst experiences he’s ever had with a vehicle. Within just five months, the air conditioning failed, and by March 2026, the transmission is out. A vehicle should not fall apart like this in under a year—there is no excuse for it. This has created a serious financial hardship. It feels like this dealership knowingly sells unreliable vehicles to people with low or no credit, fully aware they’ll be stuck paying for expensive repairs while still trying to keep up with their car payments. That is not just disappointing—it’s predatory. He is now left dealing with a vehicle that is essentially undrivable and a situation that should have never happened in the first place. At the very least, there needs to be some accountability for selling a vehicle that failed this quickly. To anyone considering buying from here: please be careful. If you don’t have money set aside for major repairs almost immediately, you could find yourself in the same situation.
