As long as you have provable income, you’re guaranteed to get the vehicle you always wanted. The payment system is easy and I was given a 24000 mile warranty with no deductible, a GAP that will pay my truck off if I total it, which puts me in a no money down vehicle the very next day. They offer the same thing thr big car lots offer, only there not adding in commission and jacking the price up. I really appreciate the honesty these guys upheld and im truly honored to have been a part of what the do for people.

Amazing! After buying my car, from Blake ,my car named, "beast baby," I wouldn't want to go any other place. Not only did he give me a good deal, he worked with me for 3 weeks behind the scenes until we could get everything in order so that my credit was worked out completely. I think anyone else at another dealership would not have dropped me at the curb. After all we went throught together, i have come to trust him as a part of my family. I am enjoying life again with a Mazda Miada GT in perfect condition. It is a dream and what I needed to resume the missing piece of my life...a sexy car! From a 5-Star to less than a 1-Star...Here's How (Buyer Beware) On March 28, I traveled over four hours to Little Rock to purchase a 2020 Dodge Charger Scat Pack from Auto Gurus. The vehicle was advertised as having a rebuilt title, and before making the trip, I specifically asked what damage had occurred and what repairs had been performed. According to Auto Gurus CEO Blake Mitchell, the vehicle's rebuilt title was Inspected by the Arkansas State Police and they had to replace the bumper. I was told that the bumper that was replaced was incorrect and did not have the Park-Sense capability and that the only remaining issue was a non-functioning blind spot monitor. I was also informed repeatedly that the vehicle had passed inspection by the Arkansas State Police and met all requirements necessary for a rebuilt title. The dealership additionally disclosed that the airbag warning light was illuminated but represented it as a minor issue caused by the installation of a replacement driver's seat. I was assured that the problem simply required electronic reprogramming and was not related to any safety concerns. In addition, they were going to provide their "best" warranty" to help make the deal and to also satisfy my concerns. Based on these representations, I decided to purchased the vehicle. Shortly after the purchase, the check engine light came on, and I took the car to a certified Dodge dealership check the engine error code as well as to correct the airbag light issue. What was discovered during that inspection was completely shocking and far different from what had been disclosed by Auto Gurus... The inspection revealed numerous significant defects and safety concerns, from a certified Dodge Dealer and a second opinion from another certified mechanic. Here is a small list of these problems that were existing on the vehicle: 1. The right pinch weld is completely caved in. 2. Radiator leaking with evidence of stop-leak product used as a temporary fix. 3. Core support is damaged and secured by only two bolts. 4. Loose and damaged wiring in the right front bumper area. 5. Heavily bent subframe with a cracked weld on the right rear of the front subframe. 6. Torn right front ball joint. 7. Damaged catalytic converters, including a hollow-sounding right-side unit. 8. Poorly welded replacement exhaust piping, missing exhaust valves, and a mid-resonator. 9. The right catalytic converter is positioned dangerously close (within ½ inch) to the plastic transmission pan. 10. Leaking transmission pan. 11. Brake, fuel, and other lines hanging below the frame and rubbing against sharp edges, posing a serious risk of brake failure or fire. 12. Front bumper cut and modified due to inward structural damage, causing tire interference. 13. Damaged and unsecured wiring for rear park sensors and left rear wheel speed sensor (melting on exhaust). 14. Broken cooling fins on the differential. 15. The fuel tank displaced upward and rearward, creating a significant safety hazard. 16. Evidence of widespread undercarriage damage and potential unibody/frame distortion. 17. Failure to replace the ORC/SRC module following a collision. **These issues were so severe that the 3-year Car Warranty Policy was canceled by the Insurance company due to the preexisting issues with the vehicle. These findings raise serious questions about the accuracy of the information provided to me before the sale and the thoroughness of any inspections or repairs that were supposedly performed on this vehicle. Had these conditions been disclosed, I would never have purchased the car... I even tried speaking to the management team on many occasions about these preexisting issues and they stated the warranty would cover the issues which it did not- because the Policy was CANCELED by the insurance company. I would also welcome a response from Auto Gurus regarding how that so many significant issues were overlooked when they state that they "certify and inspect" their vehicles they sell...
