My experience here was amazing !! Initially I had my mind set on a Jeep because I’ve always been a Jeep girly but THEO was very transparent and landed me a 2017 ford escape and I lovveee it . We were there at least until 8pm but Theo made sure I wasn’t leaving until I had my car and I very well got it !!! If you need a car and credit isn’t the best definitely go here and ask for Theo!!!
Never getting another vehicle here again. Worst costumer service like chickens with their heads cut off inside, put on my application I had 2500 down and come to find out Haley got me approved and didnt tell me that it would be for 3000, but I SIGNED, lmao I signed cause I put on the application what I put. But you know they gota get their money from somewhere. They need to get that whole business together, OH the best part is the gap insurance you pay them for is only if you total your vehicle out, not the motor or major problems as they have their sales people out there vocalizing before you buy. I had a gut feeling not to do the purchase and I should of listened to it.
