I started out searching locally to me but could not find the truck that I wanted. I found Central Buick GMC thru Car Guru’s search engine, and they had the truck that I was looking for minus a couple items (nothing that I could not buy thru GM. I contacted them thru Car Guru and then started a conversation with their sales representative (Tyler Bosnick) and he worked the deal for me. He had to really work hard because I was also working with several other dealers some from Nashville, TN and even one from just outside of Dallas, TX. Tyler went the extra mile to get the deal that I was looking for and I drove the 269 miles to trade in my old truck and pick up and drive my new truck home. I cannot say enough good things about the dealership and mostly Tyler Bosnick. Absolutely the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I’ve taken my trucks to GMC dealerships in many different states. They charged me a $217 diagnostic fee, yet my truck sat in the back for 4 days because they claimed they couldn’t obtain my oil-change records. They had my truck for 6 days total. As soon as I left, I took it directly to Wewerized Diesel. They obtained my oil records and diagnosed the problem in less than 15 minutes, no joke. Charging me $217 after letting my truck sit for 4 days without properly addressing the issue is completely unacceptable. Thanks for nothing. Your service department needs more competent associates who are willing to communicate effectively, solve problems, and genuinely help their customers. Do better!
