Our experience was nothing short than Heaven Sent & God kissed. The energy and vibe were on point - Matt & Keith were not just friendly and knowledgeable, but they were both very personable & relaxed. If you’re in the market for a quality vehicle: LOOK NO FURTHER!

Keith and Matt were really great. Very straight forward about things which I like. And they came down on the sale price for me which was awesome! Unfortunately, 3 days after I bought my van it would not start. The battery was dead. The mechanic I had my car taken to said it could be the alternator. So waiting to see if that is going to be an issue. I’m torn on this situation because I truly believed I was working with ethical people. And maybe Keith and Matt are, but then maybe the mechanic who works for them is not. So that is a management issue and they should hire someone else since he is not doing his job. It put me in a situation where I could not start my van when I had my three small children with me. Very frustrating.

Their property and sales manager Keith is trash, I had purchased two vehicles less than a month and one engine locked up and the other smoking and have a burning smell, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!

We bought a vw atlas. They said if anything happened in the first 30 days they would take care of it. We got it home, figured out that the fuel pump is going bad and if the fuel level gets to a quarter tank or less it won't start back up. We added fuel so it would start, they picked it up and said there's nothing they could do. Wouldn't replace the fuel pump even though it was clearly throwing codes for it. When we first bought it we were told it was looked over thoroughly but somehow they missed that and we also figured out the ac doesn't work. This place does not stand by their cars they just lie to make a quick sale.

If I could give no stars ⭐️ I would . I bought a vehicle from this place . By far one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I test drove it . There was nothing wrong with it . I came back for it 2 days later . Less then 2 days of having it , black smoke was coming out my muffler , it started shaking when I pressed brakes and everytime I turn my steering wheel it knocked really hard . Very scary . So I contacted the place I got it from, talked to Keith & he sent me to the Williamson car dealership , which is next to it . Nothing was fixed . I was told that it was my ball joint system & brakes but they never told me y I was having black smoke coming out my engine . 3 days after that in which they told me to come back that following Wednesday I had to come back that Monday because my truck started making a loud knocking noise . They didn’t want me to come without an appointment but I still came because at this Point I haven’t had this truck a whole week . Come to find out my timing chain was the problem so I have to get a whole engine that they suppose to order . No charge . It took over a month for them to get it into the shop . & now that Williamson has it in the shop I’m hearing excuses after excuses!!!! I’m tired of it . I wanted my money back , they wouldn’t give it to me . They wouldn’t give me a loaner car, they wouldn’t even let me trade the truck for another vehicle . Smh I’m beyond stressed . The people at Williamson won’t even transfer me to the back to talk to service . They are unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend to NO ONE . That’s y they require full coverage insurance excuses they are scamming us . They are getting these cars from the auction , fixing it up good enough for us to drive it off the lot , so wen our car mess up we have to file a claim!! This business needs to be closed down. Keith was sweet , it’s the people above them for sure.
