Me and my family desperately needed a second car.Being new to fort Smith Arkansas we didn't know where to go or who to ask. Surprisingly I was just about to give up. When I spotted a car lot on the corner and decided to check in there. me and my daughters got out to look and I found a number on the window her name was Kimber. Now remind you we haven't been in Fort Smith for very long but I knew we needed another vehicle. Kimber went above and beyond to help us out to get the second car. I think if it wasn't for her we'd still be with one car. Her boss also went above and beyond to help us out. There are true angels around us everywhere and I thank the Lord above for them to helping our family out if ever I need another vehicle I know where to go thank you guys so much You're awesome.

Worst experience ever when getting a vehicle. Please please yall take it from me DO NOT EVER GET A VEHICLE FROM THESE SCAMMERS . They have caused nothing but problems for me. I got into a wreck and was given a check from my insurance company . I was told by sports and imports that I had to take the car to a shop and I couldn’t fix it myself. FIRST AND FOREMOST ITS NOT YOUR DECISION WEATHER OR NOT I FIX THE VEHICLE MYSELF. So I chose to put over $1400 of my own Money fly my dad out here to help me and they still refuse to endorse my insurance check so yet again they treat me like I’m some scumbag that’s not making my payments on the car and not trying to do the right thing so if you ask me this is just a bunch of scamming going on on their end. First time I talked to him about the situation they said just bring the car and we’ll fix it and whatever’s left. We’ll add to your account. That’s not how things work so good thing on my end I have everything recorded Phone and text be smart guys because in the end getting a vehicle from here will screw your whole entire path up. Don’t do it trust me.

We got a Chevy Traverse from them and I will never go back. They are hateful. I called about 3 months after we got it because of it needing a new transmission to let them know and they laughed and hung up on me. I have several other occasions where they were horrible people. I regret it 100%

The customer service is HORRIBLE, they are all so rude and do not help what so ever! They sell broke cars and fix them long enough to drive for a week! Everyone I've ever talked to about this place says the same thing. They are the worst car dealers ever!
