⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased an older vehicle from Motor Car Connections, and the entire experience was excellent. I bought the vehicle as-is, and it ran great. Before I took it home, Mart even fixed the A/C for me. A little later, the A/C stopped blowing cold. I called Mart to ask if there was anything I could check or what he recommended. Without hesitation, he told me to bring it back, and he'd take care of it. It turned out the vehicle needed an entirely new A/C system. Even though it cost him a significant amount of money, Mart stood behind his word and covered the repair. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days, especially in the used car business. Mart and Craig are straightforward, trustworthy people who genuinely care about their customers. They don't just sell you a vehicle—they stand behind what they say. That's why they'll have my business for years to come.
