Without a doubt, this is the place you need to go for good old fashioned customer service, l have been with them for over 10 plus years and always received the best customer service and the NEVER an issue with the vehicles l have bought from there. I doubt l will do business anywhere else as long as they are in business.
I have been dealing with Midland Motors for about 4 years now and have had such a great experience. Rick and Heath are such genuine people. They truly do value their customers and go above and beyond to meet their customers' needs/wants as well as helping any way they can to get you into your dream car. They have been so good to me! I just recently bought my second car from them, and I'm over the moon pleased! It's so beautiful and drives so smooth 😍 I am the new proud owner of a 2018 Cadillac Ats. I will always refer my friends and family to them because they are friendly, helpful, and what I respect most is how they shoot it to you straight. There's never a hidden agenda with them.. (as we all know, can be a fear when dealing with a used car dealership.) Anytime I've ever had any minor issue, they've always been extremely helpful and accommodating and treated me so well. If you have not done so already, check them out! You will not be disappointed! Their vehicles are very clean, beautiful, & dependable, and the staff are amazing and make buying/trading as stress free as possible! 10/10 recommend!
Well my brother took 3000 down there ended up getting a Honda like a 2004 and there is spray paint behind tires to make everything look new but the duster was bent the ball joints are still busted even after taking it right bk to get fixed and now has car payment so disappointed in them. They wouldn't even give him an up grade to a better car we have to own it a year. So I paid 3 payments at once cause as soon as I can im getting rid of that car. Love hondas but this one is lemon. So ugh
No one came out to help us and the prices were outrageous for all rebuilt titles. Just crazy.
