I recently purchased a vehicle from Car-Mart in Fort Smith, and I must say the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. I showed up one Saturday afternoon with my mom looking to get her into a nice vehicle and AJ greeted us in the parking lot!! He was super helpful and got us taken care of right away. He even helped me get back into my jeep after accidentally locking the keys inside!! All around great experience with everyone. Thank you AJ for being so knowledgeable with all our questions and eager to get us into something affordable and reliable!

I just want to give Car-Mart a 5 star rating due to the fact that Tritney (Manager), Kimmy, and William (Supervisor over Auto) a big shout out for what they have done for me today. They helped me get out of a very big financial bind, that would have cost me the vehicle I have purchased from them. They are awesome, very understanding, very helpful, and greatly appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend you get a vehicle from them if capable or looking for a vehicle. They accepted doordash as a source of income. I only had not even half of my payment and they helped me to extend my payment out further, and helped me to get a better payment plan set up with my payment schedule. Thank you guys for being the people you are! I really appreciate what you did for me today.

I loved being able to go into this place tell them exactly what I want and walk out within a few hours walk out with one of the best cars I’ve had in my life!!! Thank you Car Mart I am in love with my new car!!!

DO NOT BUY CAR FROM HERE. I bought my car in July, I was so excited because it was the first car I had ever bought by myself. I left the dealer ship in tears over how much they wanted for a 2018 Hyundai. In the last 4 months something has been wrong with it, the first month my check engine light came on twice, and I had noticed it made a loud knocking noise when I went over bumps, next the motor mount was so loose that if I were to cold start my car, it would violently shake and vibrate, I cannot drive over 60 mph without the car shaking and steering becoming stiff. My engine overheated in 37 degree weather today, when I completed a 35 minute drive, it needed an oil change two weeks after I bought it, my spindle is broken, my back bumper almost flew off on my way to Little Rock for work, and tires are almost bald. So many things wrong with this car and I was sold with PAPERS saying it was in great/good condition, which is the furthest thing from true. The payments and interest have been so overpriced, I had to get a second job just to barely make the payments, and the costumer service is absolutely awful. I feel like a burden anytime I call or come in about an issue, to talk to someone, or make a payment. I feel talked down too, or uncomfortable when I have brought up an issue. You will pay 2 car payments a month, that are highly overpriced, plus $1200 once a year for a reason I’m not completely sure of. The lack of communication between the employees in genuinely horrible. I genuinely wish I could sue this place for how bad of a car they sold me, and making my first time buyers experience absolutely awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM OF A CAR DEALERSHIP.
