We worked with Edwin to orginally come and look at a 2022 used Chevy trailblazer. By the end of our expierence Edwin had us the best deal & driving away in a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax. The customer service has been amazing. We have an 18 month old who came along with us & the accommodations not only for us, but also for her, made the whole expierence of buying a car with a baby in hand, better than I expected. Edwin took the time to here out our concerns/focus points for what we were looking to upgrade for & delivered the perfect solution. He allowed us the space to think and answered any additional concerns with such ease. He really made us not feel rushed or like a bother for any additional info/questions. If you are looking for a new Chevy and want the best deal & not have to worry about 'pushy' salesmen, Edwin is your guy. I had gone back for a question and even when he wasnt working, he made sure we were taken care of by Jake - who also had amazing customer service in answering a question I had over a ticking noise, without making me feel like a bother for going to ask. Really great people. Really great service. Highly recommend.

Salesman were not pushy at all like most car lots. I came late on the day of purchase and sealed the deal within 2 hours. Very nice experience and would recommend others to purchase here.

I’ve been bringing vehicles to Chevrolet of Fayetteville for several years, and every interaction I’ve had with Kolby Eiland has been excellent. He’s always genuine, respectful, and professional, regardless of who he’s helping. He treats people well, listens, communicates clearly, and somehow manages to handle everyone’s personalities, questions, complaints, dad jokes, and quirks with patience and grace. Honestly, he’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. Good customer service is hard to find, and Kolby consistently provides it. I hope he’s appreciated by both management and his coworkers because employees like him make a lasting difference in the customer experience.

Definitely recommend Brandon, he was very professional and straightforward! We were able to get in and out with a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax in less than 2 hours from the time we arrived! All the guys that were apart of the team were friendly and helpful with any questions we had.
