Talk about great customer service! Seriously the absolute best experience I've had not only with car mart but buying a car in general! Communication, understanding, helpful, heard my needs in a vehicle and got me out the door with a van I've been eyeing on the road for years. The two front desk people were delightful. The lady in the back office (I forgot their names. Please forgive me my friends!) Was not only a great help but a joy to talk to. Eric was on point! He heard, he found, he delivered! 100 gold stars for you guys! Everyone deserves a raise (someone send this to corporate)

Keegan was great would 10/10 recommend him! Eric was not as friendly. He seemed very pushy, my husband would ask questions & he’d look to me to answer, or just over look him all together. Keegan was honest about every car, friendly, made it a point to shake both mine & my husbands hands. Even after we got passed to another representative Keegan still conversated with us & thanked us for coming in! The car I received was great! Very good condition, clean, and the deals they offer are nice!
