5920 E Speedway Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85712What do customers say about Royal Used Car Outlet?
Wendy Ruhl at the Tucson used Royal Kia car lot went out of her way to find a lender, as I had returned recently from living overseas long-term and had somewhat 'invisible' credit on the US system. It was a fairly seamless process and I love my little Kia Soul!
We have purchased several cars from the Royal Automotive Group and the customer service has always been exemplary. This time at the Royal Outlet, was no different. Amy Ruhl was very knowledgeable about all the cars on her lot and she went above and beyond to help us find the right first car for our son. All around customer service with sales and service are why we’ll always buy our vehicles at Royal!
Wendy Ruhl was was absolutely fantastic to work with. Her "no pressure" sales approach provided me a great car buying experience. When I need to buy another car I will definitely be going to her first. If you ever get the chance to work with her for your used car needs please do so. I am providing my highest recommendation of her services.
Absolutely amazing car I purchased here almost 6 months ago. It was a used Lexus with over 120k miles on it from one previous owner. Marvin (the sales rep I dealt with) was absolutely amazing and made sure I was buying the car that I wanted. The haggle free price was great, because I didn't have to deal with a bunch of back and forth on the price and was thousands of dollars cheaper than other Lexus LS430's in poorer condition. Haven't had a single problem since I bought the car, and am so happy that Marvin sold me my dream car. In short; the best dealership in Tucson in terms of Value, Customer Service, and Quality for used cars. Thanks again Marvin and Royal Auto for being amazing!
I went to Royal b4 wholesale because I was driving by that day and really wanted a car and saw a sign saying something along the lines of "make $600 month? Come on in". I didn't even know if I was going to be able to finance a car because I have horrible credit. When I walked into Royal b4 wholesale I was greeted immediately by a sales man named Robert Prieto. Long story short I left with an amazing 2011 Dodge Caliber heat that had only 28,000 miles on it!!! My monthly payments were great and I love my car! I had a great experience and they really take care of you so I would really recommend Royal b4 wholesale! 😊
