I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a great experience from start to finish. Shortly after buying the vehicle, a couple of things unexpectedly broke down, which was definitely stressful. However, the dealership stood behind their word and fixed everything right away without giving me any hassle. Their customer service was excellent, and they made sure I was taken care of quickly and professionally. My salesman Faheem was especially great — very honest, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made buying a car easy and comfortable, and even after the sale he continued to help make sure everything was handled properly. It’s hard to find dealerships that truly care about their customers after the purchase, but this one definitely does. I appreciate the fast repairs and the way they treated me with respect. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable dealership and a great car-buying experience. I will definitely be sending my friends here and I will be looking for another car shortly for a work vehicle and of course, like I said to Faheem find me my convertible Camaro that I’ve been dreaming about.lol

I had a great experience buying my first car from Karim! He was super nice, patient, and explained everything really well, which made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. I really appreciated how upfront and honest he was about the cars he was selling. I ended up getting a Hyundai Sonata from him, and it runs great! I haven’t had any issues with it, and he had really good deals. He also communicates well and made the whole experience stress free. Definitely recommend Karim if you’re looking for a car!

I bought a Highlander from there last week and couldn’t be happier! Karim was friendly and fair. Not pushy when I took a week to look elsewhere but checked in to make sure I was still interested. He worked with my counter offer and we found a price we could both agree with. He even took my vehicle off my hands as well. Overall, it was a great experience and very much recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Everyone I came across was very friendly and welcoming. If you’re lucky, there will be a young man there that makes a great strawberry lemonade! Very refreshing on a hot summer day.

I visited Arizona Drive LLC after looking into one of their vehicles listed on Carfax. Their customer service was amazing. Both Adrian and Karim were very helpful and friendly. They also take very good care of the vehicles on their lot. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a used car in great condition at a great price.

Complete worst con artists I've ever been unfortunate to do business with. I give them $17,001 and purchased a 2009 Audi A5 Quattro. The car was a complete wreck will lots of oil leaks and problems like overheating within the first few days. I inquired about trading it in for another vehicle acknowledging that I would lose a little of what I've paid on the Audi but was not expecting to hear I would get only $10,500 as trade less than a week later and not passed the 500 miles or 15 day warranty.. apparently within less than a week the market value had dropped considerably they had said but also said that they were getting a lot of new vehicles in and they wanted fresh inventory and kept insisting that I contact CarMax because they quoted that CarMax apparently gives top dollar for trade or maybe sell to a friend or family member.. the insistence on not taking it back or trading it in for very little, $6500 less than what they received, less than a week before!! Audi dealership and Millennium Motorsport both advised me to sell it immediately and get what I could because it was definitely a lemon.. unfortunately for myself I'm not okay with selling something that is an important asset to people and I was not going to rip someone off the way I was by reselling.. if there was a way to give them no stars, i would.
