Mario worked with me and did all he could do to get me in a car . Small issue with the car but they definitely accommodated, I've had it for 2 days now so far so good will leave a another review if anything changes. Definitely would recommend though

Ok here we are.. My daughter bought a car on April 27th. She brought it back with mechanical issues on May 1st, and they returned it to her on the 5th, claiming it was ready and that they had fixed what was wrong. By May 8th, she had brought it back again; here we are on the 11th, and they are claiming that my daughter has already put 1,500 miles on the car. How is that even possible? The car has spent more time here—in their hands—than it has in hers. The young woman—Estefanía Carrillo, or at least that’s what she said her name was—was rude and abrasive; she claims to be the manager, though when I asked to speak with the owner or manager, I was told that person wasn't available. When I asked her why she refused to let me speak to them, she started saying she was "tired of listening to me." I think she has an attitude problem; if she cannot deal with the public, she shouldn't be working in customer service.
