To put it simple, they want to get you into a car. And will work magic if necessary. I over heard them repeatedly make sure people knew all of their options and discuss avenues to get to the goal. Including with me as I had/have a unique situation. And we got to the goal. They will get more of my business moving forward. A piece of advice I would share to get the best bang for your buck, buy cash, it makes it even more worth it to buy from Easy Car Auto Sales. I left Happy with my choice.
My mother needed a car after an accident, she was very tight on budget due to the situation. After a few searches online and stopping off at other locations I found myself back to Easy Car Auto Sales. The name is exactly that. There was a wide range of vehicles in various conditions. From immaculate gems to lightly used daily drivers to the daily beaters. However, the prices, the staff, the location and again the inventory was enough to fulfill the need of any customer. My mom found a nice 2013 Nissan Juke with 70,000 miles priced at $4900.00. The car was very well maintained, had some cosmetic wear and tear but truly a nice little gem perfect for my moms daily commute and weekend trips with the dogs. I am a car guy and I inspected the car top to bottom expecting to find something - especially for the low price. The test drive was smooth, the car was again well maintained. I gave the thumbs up, she bought the car, financing was a breeze, the cash deal was a steal and overall the sales team and manager Andrew were very helpful, knowledgeable and truly enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a budget car. They do have higher priced vehicles if you are looking for something exotic or newer. There was a NEW corvette, newer Teslas with low miles and other various luxury cars like BMW, Audi.
The car-buying process was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the transaction. The vehicle was as described, and the purchase itself went smoothly. However, I was surprised by the amount of the documentary fees, which significantly increased the final purchase price. For a vehicle in this price range, I would have appreciated more transparency regarding the fees upfront or some type of warranty or added value to accompany those costs. Overall, the experience was positive, but I encourage future buyers to carefully review all fees and ask for a complete out-the-door price before signing.
For the first place I went to looking for a car, it was already the worst. I went with my dad so he could look at the quality of the car I wanted to choose. Associates only talked to my dad despite the multiple times he stated "I'm not buying the car, he is." And they'd ask if I was paying cash or financing, the down payment, say "cool" and then go right back to my dad to talk like it was his money and not mine, and he talked rapid fire and trying to get us to already pick a car when we JUST got there. Thankfully we got a different associate, Chris, who was much more pleasant to work with and alright with how particular I was on a car I wanted. Then came financing, and they took all of my information. The listed price did NOT match what they wanted with all the fees, and they gave me a 14% interest rate despite my credit history because they wanted to do it with a bank loan. I explained I thought they did in house financing, and the person (I forgot his name, taller and skinnier with black framed glasses) started to get snippy with me and said "We can, but do you want to be run up with 27% interest?" Mind you, this was in front of everyone in the lobby. And then started to explain how the loans worked when I already knew how loans work. My dad and I instantly said "We're not doing this" and left extremely disheartened and annoyed. I would NEVER go here, and its abhorrent how they treat customers when there are so many other auto sales locations around them. It feels like deceptive tactics and a bait and switch (they wanted to get me to buy a higher priced car for a bigger loan and cheaper monthly payments as well).
This place is a complete scam. Their vehicles are overpriced, many of the cars are not in the condition they claim, and their pricing makes no sense. On top of that, they charge over $1,500 in document fees, which is outrageous. The salesperson was unprofessional and lacked basic communication and customer service skills. The entire experience felt misleading and dishonest from start to finish. I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle stay away from this dealership and save themselves the time, money, and frustration. There are plenty of honest dealerships out there—this is not one of them.
