This is the reason I waited before leaving a review. I purchased my vehicle from Arizona Best Cars at the end of January. Within about 2–3 weeks, I noticed that the car felt like it was scraping, which immediately raised concerns. Now, only a few months later, my check engine light has come on. When I reached out for assistance, I was told that I would be responsible for paying for the repairs. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering how soon these issues began after purchase. My concern is that, based on the documents provided at the time of sale, there was nothing disclosed indicating any existing or potential issues with the vehicle. As a customer, I relied on that information when making my decision. Additionally, we purchased two vehicles from this company, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I expected a higher level of transparency and post-sale support. I would strongly encourage the business to stand behind the vehicles they sell and to better support their customers when issues arise so soon after purchase.

Purchase a 2016 ford f150 was taken back twice for misfiring and check light on. Albert the owner twas nice to give a loaner car for the week. Unfortunately the truck is still not running properly. I went back the dealer on 6/13 and ask Josh if all the spark plugs were replaced he said yes. My neighbor replace all 6 spark plugs and they were completely used and mixed match. Also replace all coil packs really disappointed with the mechanic that lied to me. I spent little over $500 repair the issues.
