Having dealt with previous dealerships and their predatory behavior in the past, when searching for a truck recently, I knew what to watch out for when it comes to the pricing after paperwork. Here at Alta Vista, I didn’t even have to express or bring up those concerns as he already began to be completely upfront with the price and interest for leasing the entire time, and even gave some advice that saves money in the long-term - something that no other dealer has even had a concern about. He was also very respectful and kind to my pregnant wife. A realistic, honest, knowledgeable, and authentic dealership. I will come here again for future vehicles.

Not very friendly and don’t even offer a decent warranty on vehicles. If they were ‘such good’ vehicles then they wouldn’t have a problem offering a decent warranty. But they don’t offer that. So clearly they don’t even have confidence in their own vehicles it sounds like. If they did, they would offer a decent warranty. So it doesn’t make sense. I talked to Dave. He tried to position himself in such a way that has a condescending attitude. Ended up turning off an excellent buyer. Much better down payment offers and deals, WITH warranties, at other buy here pay here businesses.
