We bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado. Dina and Jody teamed up and to deliver and exceptional purchase experience. They were both super friendly, professional and fun to work with. We got a great price on the truck. It is super clean and serviced by their own shop. I highly recommend buying from Dina and Jody at Wii.
WARNING: Do Not Buy Here! Shady Business Evading the Law If I could give Wii Auto Sales zero stars, I would. Do NOT trust these people with your money or your vehicle. They caused over $10,000 worth of damage to my vehicle and have completely refused to take responsibility for what they did. We are currently taking them to court to get justice, but they are playing "cat and mouse" games. They are actively running and hiding to avoid being served with official court documents. An honest, reputable business does not hide from process servers or run from the consequences of their actions. They will ruin your vehicle, take your money, and then completely vanish when it's time to be held accountable. Save yourself the massive headache, financial loss, and stress. Do business anywhere else but here!
My vehicle was a total loss last Oct of 2025. Per Gap I had to contact the dealer to close the gap contract. I called several times and left several messages before being told that I had to speak with the comptroller Susan in Avondale. I received the worst customer service on her end. And she was rude. She lied about calling me and told me never to text her. I had to research who was the manager and was told Phil in California. Who was the only one after over a month to understand what I needed to do. However, I then needed to also cancel the service contract. Since Phil was the only who truly too him time to help the first time, I figured I would reach out to him. I spoke with him and he directed me to speak with "David" in Finance in Avondale, AZ. I connected with David and he told me he would look into this, and would call me back the same week. I didn't hear back from him. I called several times trying to reach him. Left several VM messages at his office and the front desk also apparently took written message to give him. I never heard back. I called several times again, and until I was finally able to connect with David, and asked about the status of the service contract closure. He did not seem very helpful or understanding. And said he needs to wait on someone else to tell him what to do because he does not know. I told him, I did not understand why Phil would recommend my speaking with me, if he is not able to help. He became upset and said he has to wait on someone else. i told I would submit a review on BBB. He said "ok, go ahead." and hung up. I have been trying to connect with Phil for over two months now by leaving VM messages at his office and with his front desk staff in California. My lender has called David two times, and also no response. I recently emailed Phil, and still no reply. since the last contact with David almost three months ago. I am accruing interest fees by my lender until this dealer ship closes the service contract and issues my lender the balance of 1200 dollars. I am at my wits end here, I don't know who else to call or what to do!
Zero stars. Terrible. Criminals. I am fairly certain my AFM system failed, which was confirmed by my personal mechanic. I was told by Mike the Service manager, that I needed a new engine. Which I questioned. Reluctantly, I agreed. I was quoted $4500 for the engine (3rd party), and 2500 for 16 hours of labor to install it. After 30 day of being jerked around, and what was now $9000, (the install fee magically went up to $4500 without any notification or consent. When I picked up my truck, they parked out on the street as if to say, don't come back. After I paid, I found out why. Not only was my light grey interior filthy and covered with grease (2-day-old , $450 seat covers , but there was what could only be described as a hatchet dent in my hood. I I drove it 100 miles and it broke down. Again. Same issue as when I took it in. Had it towed home. I wasn't about to let them touch it again , after the mess they had created. After my personal mechanic had assessed what they had done, It was apparent that not only did they do the engine install incorrectly, but they had damaged the wiring, and charged me for things that were just recently replaced in the last 90 days or were completely unnecessary, (Engine Mounts, Exhaust manifolds, etc). The Service manager (Mike) had promised a 4 year warranty on the engine, which the company LKQ has since denied to honor, because the work was done incorrectly. Long story short. This place is a criminal emterprise, and I'll be seeing them in court. Stear clear of WII.
Came back to edit and change my reveiw completely. I would stay far away from Wii Auto. Entire company is ran so unprofessional. Was told after 3 months of them working on my van that it is finally ready to show up to old trash parts and random bolts laying inside of it. Peices of my trim that holds the bumper on in the front want not reinstalled and the bumper was loose. Windshield wilers were back wards and missing bolt from diassembly. Fluids were low some were completely empty. The list goes on, i originally brought it in to a “Etc” failure “fuel pump” went out. After i get the bill back there are things on there that werent fixed but stated they were. I picked up the van thursday and drove it 400 miles to break down once again due to the same issue happening. Upon inspection i boticed my imploded gas tank and wondered how my shop of choice missed that or the venting issue my van was having causing these issues in the first place. 3500 tow home and back to square one, Jason the manager is completely useless and doesnt care about the customers more than protecting his terrible mechanics. Very dissapointed in the outcome of everything and i hope none of you deal with the same problems.
