Eric was great to work with. He was friendly, never pressured us, and was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. The car was exactly as described, and he was open, honest, and willing to negotiate fairly. The whole experience felt smooth and comfortable. I appreciate how simple he made everything. I’d happily recommend him.

Had a great experience. Bought a great car at a fair price. My sales rep was Eric and he was professional and did everything he said he would do. I will look to purchase here again when my son needs his first car one year from now.

Bought a used SUV from them in early April 2026, check engine light was on when test driving. They let us know it was the catalytic converters, and they would replace them before sale. We gave a deposit so they could save the car for us while they replaced the cats. Took them multiple days to “replace” the cats, and when we picked up the car, the check engine light was off. It came back on before we even got home. Turns out they lied and never changed the cats, instead they spent the time clearing the check engine light so they could sell. Ultimately they admitted they didn’t do the work and offered to install the cats after all but we chose to do it ourselves to avoid any further back and forth. They gave us a pair of cats, but neither of them was the one that actually needed replacing, so we still had to go out and buy it ourselves. All in all we went to the dealership 3-4 times trying to get this resolved. Huge headache, would not recommend

In searching for a pre owned vehicle I came across a 2011 Subaru Impreza outback from this business. The pictures were available on Facebook Marketplace and appeared to show the car in great condition for having 130k plus miles on it. I spoke with the owner's son, Eric, through Facebook to set up a time to see the vehicle. When arriving for the first time I was told I couldn't test drive the car because it was having a wheel bearing fixed at a mechanic shop that's right next door to the car lot. Eric said his dad never informed him so he was unaware. I should of taken this as a warning but being excited to buy a car I unfortunately didn't. When the issue was fixed I came out again and test drove the vehicle. For the most part things felt good with the vehicle. A friend of mine accompanied me and we did notice a slight clanking noise coming from the driver side of the vehicle, what sounded like underneath. It was mainly when the car reached around 20mph but died down a little the faster it went. At the time I foolishly didn't think anything of it. I also foolishly didn't bring a mechanic to help inspect the vehicle. This was mainly because I didn't have anyone or a friend that was or is a mechanic that I could of brought. I ended up purchasing the vehicle for $5400. The day I brought the car home the clanking sound I initially heard was even louder and more prominent. I texted Eric to tell him about it. Long story short after multiple exchanges I brought the car in to have them look at it. They of course brought it to the mechanic right next door to them. It is of my belief that they use this mechanic to get their cars looked at and easily passed as ok to then sell. I say that because Eric eventually told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle based on this mechanic shop. I came back to pick up the vehicle and had Eric test drive the car with me. He said the noise must be from the low profile tires driving over the road. The road we were driving on wasn't rough in terrain to warrant the clanking noise. I brought the vehicle to a different mechanic shop and had it inspected. To my surprise there was a multitude of things wrong with the car. This is from a report I obtained on my first trip to that shop. It is included in the photos on this review. I once again texted Eric to inform him on what was found that his mechanic was completely oblivious to. At first Eric was very dissmissive of these findings even after sending him the report. He was trying to say pretty much any mechanic I take it to is going to try and rip me off. Eventually he agreed to have the vehicle looked at again. I sent him the exact report in the photos and told him if he can have his mechanic look at those same things. A couple days go by and I get an update from Eric saying the mechanic shop next to his business found nothing wrong with the vehicle. Part of me was not surprised cause at this point my belief is Eric and his father's business is a complete scam. I ended up speaking to the mechanic that inspected the vehicle. I asked if he had the car lifted to see the issues I brought to Eric's attention. The mechanic named Junior stated he never even had the car lifted and simply just looked at the struts to which he said were fine (which they aren't) . He stated Eric never told him of the other issues I wanted looked at. At this point I invested countless hours and Uber trips back and forth dropping off the vehicle to get what I believe was clear negligence on behalf of Eric and his so called mechanic. I recently went back to the mechanic shop that found the issues and was told I have a radiator leak and the oil leak was discovered to be coming from the two head gaskets. To fix the leak it's upwards of $4500. I'm sorry this review is long but I wanted to do my best to paint the picture of how big of a scam this business is. If you're in the market for a pre owned vehicle go else where. Also don't make the same mistakes I made and trust who you're buying from.

I bought car 5 days ago wasted $4200.00 Had mobile mechanic check out because check engine light came on. He says sold as is. My mechanic said they just rigged it so it would be good for a day or two. This place is garbage I’m so serious. You can see in the first picture like there’s a metallic blue weld and then you can see where it’s just came apart. There’s a major oil leak. There’s so many things wrong with it. I talked to Mike today and he said that it was our fault. The check engine light came on and we ran it till it died. We did not.
