They took us in in the same day when we made an appointment in afternoon. The location was spacious. The wait time was a bit longer. It took more than 2 hours to complete the service. But, overall, it was good service. The staff were nice and kept us informed.

I've purchased many cars and normally with a brand spanking new car you get car mats? That's why they get 4 stars and not 5. We will see what service is like? I happen to love Toyota. Thinking about purchasing a vehicle don't buy from here if you ever need to get it serviced with midway it will take them weeks, the salesman says they are quick they are not they'll say anything to get you to sign. SAVE yourself the hassle go somewhere else. We've had a vehicle in their shop for a week no communication they only say it'll be looked at today. Today was a week ago already, do not go here
