I bought a 2018 BMW from them last weekend. Excellent, no-pressure sales staff (Derrell) and professional finance/business manager (Robert). They negotiated a bit lower price on my trade-in than I had hoped, but it was fair. They found me an excellent extended warranty and financing. The car is in like-new condition and I love it so far. There was a TPM light on which they committed to repair once the shop they use was open Monday. I got home and after a few short trips, the dreaded CEL came on. I called them and they said they would have the shop check it out. I dropped it off Monday and it was ready Tuesday afternoon. The car just needed new batteries, which they had installed at no cost to me, along with fixing the three bad TPM sensors. I highly recommend them for their customer care, great attitudes and professional operation! They are by far the best dealership I have done business with.
