My salesman listened to my need and didn't try to sell me something else. He kept my information and called me a month later. He had the perfect match for what I was looking for. A car advertised through CarGurus was on the market by Rollit Motors, I called Dealership by phone.The car was not available, but my salesman named Darian, was very transparent and pressure free helped me find a car. I described what I needed in a car and what I was looking at the Rollit Motors car website. when I got the car, I wanted it delivered to me. My car had a star and chip crack that were both small on Front window of car. Bob, who managed the car lot assured me they don’t sell cars with cracked windshield So I submitted receipt from having crack glass sealed or fixed and as a result Rollit Motors mailed me A check for glass windshield to be fixed. I love my Car and purchase experience thank you I hope if ever looking for another car on the market again someday I can go to experience Rollit Motors in Mesa, Arizona as a customer for the full experience in person, Thank you again.

You may get a good deal initially, but when you find out all the shady things done to hide issues to get you past the 15 day window to take care of issues, you are likely to end up with a not so great deal. If you are looking for your vehicle to be clean, a non dirt lot and nice office space, this might not be your spot. If you don’t have to deal with Bob the manager, probably a good idea as he tries to talk over you and falls short on customer experience. Truck I bought needed an alignment and tire sensors so a due bill/we owe was created. I left the truck after purchase with assurances the due bill would be taken care of first thing Monday morning. Fast forward to Monday night when Rollit Motors failed to pick up my truck up from the alignment shop before it closed. No apology, no explanation, just the truck would be picked up the next day. After multiple calls, Rollit agreed to deliver my vehicle to my job on Tuesday. Truck was delivered, dirty and with damaged rims. I immediately took pics and sent for review. I discovered they have a wheel repair vendor that comes to “repair” mask flaws in the rims with a very cheap tape like product. Rollit refused to pay for professional repair stating it is policy to only let their service center handle any repairs. Chose not to go with cheap version of their “repair” and got rims professionally fixed with warranty, submitted invoice and as expected, no response. ****** Edited****** Due bill/we owe update. After taking the truck back to Roll It because the tire sensor light would never go off even after replacing the tire sensors and getting an alignment (because of the poor tire wear noticed before purchase) they fixed and ESC failure, navigation failure, reran a couple of components and reprogrammed the VIN which should have been done prior to purchase, they said tire lights were off and good to go. Tire lights came back on on the trip home. Took to tire shop they used and found out they replaced a bubbled tire right before purchase and 3 other tires are bubbling. Under 500 miles put on truck and that includes 3 trips to try and fix truck which is 40 miles each direction. Messages left for Roll It and emails sent and now no response at all, even though all related to the we owe/ due bill. Got response they are not doing anything else on vehicle. Next steps, legal action.
