I've been looking for a car for the longest time. It took me a while because of research and just overall stress from this being my first car buying experience. I also did not want to deal with haggling and shady pricing. I stumbled on a post from Reddit and that directed me to Goldie's Motors. Best decision ever! I booked an appointment on Tuesday, left with a car on Thursday! Huge shoutout to John because he found me a car that I absolutely love. He explained everything to me in a way that I understood. He also found the lowest possible rates for me and left me relaxed about my finances. As for the vehicle itself, my expectations were low but they were met to the highest degree! I came in thinking I was getting an older car but I came home with a much newer one. John reassured me that the car has been serviced before the sale and that they've updated whatever needed to be. So far, everything has been running smoothly and I am very happy with it. If you are looking for a smooth experience, if you are someone who has been looking around for forever, or if you're nervous about finances before jumping into it, I highly and strongly recommend coming in and speaking with them! I Purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from Goldie’s.! Although there were some issues with it early on, Goldie’s stepped up and made everything better. Their customer service is amazing and and the whole sales process is straight forward and painless. Good quality cars and great people!! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to buy a quality used vehicle and deal with and honest dealership. I’ll trust and purchase future cars from them.

Jason and the Goldie’s team was awesome from start to finish, answered all my questions. Absolutely no pressure from him which i appreciated because it allowed for me to make a clear decision on my own. I absolutely love the car.

Terrible customer experience. Saw a vehicle I liked online, so I went to look at it and do a test drive on Wednesday. Unfortunately, the vehicle had a strong smoke smell in it. I asked if they could do anything about the smell and they advised they could. I was told to come back the next day after they did a treatment on it in the morning and I could see it later that day. I left work early and called on the way home to be told their technician called out and they only had one onsite (Thursday). They advised that I could come by the next day and they would do it in the AM for sure. So, I used time to take off from work AGAIN and called on my way over and they advised it was not done yet and that they were closing early due to the holiday the next day (Friday). They said to come in on Monday. After being led on for a couple of days, I told the individual on the phone to just forget it. For a car priced around $12k, it was not worth the hassle. This place has a lot of great reviews, but I am not seeing how if this is how they treat their customers. I recommend that you spend your money elsewhere folks. The fact that they even have this car available with a strong odor is crazy. I’ll take my money elsewhere with better customer service.
